In the mid-1980s, he worked for the Kansas City Royals building applications for payroll, accounts payable/receivable, incident reporting, and scouting systems. Kevin also spent time in the trucking industry where he developed a truck leasing and rental system and maintained service repairs and accounts payable applications for the Murphy-Hoffman Company. He has done work in the insurance industry and for cattle breeding associations. Currently, Kevin is working for an organization in the grain industry, writing and maintaining applications to keep track of grain as it is purchased, sold, and transported.

Tim developed iSafari, AdventureTech’s Web-enablement toolset and is the primary installer/trainer for purchasers of that software package. Tim started his programming career in 1987 coding RPGII on a S/36 at Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC) and spent 13 years building/maintaining/rebuilding systems for every aspect of their truck dealership business. In 2000 he became a consultant for PowerTech along with Doug and Kevin. When PowerTech closed it's consulting branch in Kansas City in 2001, the three formed AdventureTech in order to provide quality consulting and programming services for their customers.
